The lush North Kauai coast is the greenest of the green. The constant rains really make this part of the island a quintessential "tropical paradise". Although not in this particular picture, Anini Beach is located on the North Shore. It is a really great beach for safe swimming. MANY of the beaches are NOT safe on Kauai, so don't just jump in any where. But Anini Beach is a great choice.
