Terminal Services Client Creator

 

Ø      In order to accomplish this, 2 floppy disks are needed. Clearly label one floppy, "Disk1" and the other, "Disk 2". Another method is a network install, but we prefer punishment here.

Ø      Go to Start/Programs/Administrative Tools/Terminal Services Client Creator. The Network client or service to pick for me was 32-bit (16-bit is now very old, i.e. Windows 3.1). Select the floppy drive and I chose to format my floppies for good measure/OK:

 

 

 

Ø      Here is the result of the above, so OK:

 

 

 

Ø      A courteous format warning/Yes:

 

 

 

Ø      After a quick format.

 

 

 

Ø      ..let the install begin:

 

 

 

Ø      Now, a familiar window, except this time we need Disk 2:

 

 

 

Ø      Ditto the format and copying of files to floppy, and then it is finished:
